		<description><![CDATA[We already are, John. It&#039;s called food stamps. But I&#039;m not in favor of free anything. I believe that anybody on welfare should have to work for it; sweeping city sidewalks, shoveling snow, volunteering time, whatever.  

We, as a society, especially one that allows our corrupt politicians to migrate jobs to the satisfaction of their contributors, ought to pay our our leaders on the basis of how efficiently they run our society. You know, like we expect of CEOs to be paid when they are a failure. :-)]]></description>
