All of the above arguments have been used by the Dems and HW supporters, as well they should. It is a good proposal, and that may also be why the insurance industry is so opposed to it. 

The R&#039;s have been pushing the health savings accounts (that&#039;s what the insurance industry wants, don&#039;cha know?). The Dems have been pretty good on this issue, the R&#039;s get heavy campaign contributions from the industry.]]></description>
